I just had these made in Bur Dubai (little India).  It's fantastic and so inexpensive.  It's a district full of fabric and tailoring shops.  You can go in with a photo of what you want made and they will create it to fit you perfectly.  The best part is, while you wait, you can go enjoy the best falafal wraps in Dubai.  What a treat!
